Working Principle
The material falls into the center of the grinding disc through the feeding device. The grinding disc rotates at constant speed, and under centrifugal force, the raw material is evenly dispersed and flattened, forming a material layer. The material is crushed by multiple grinding rollers. Under continuous centrifugal force, the material moves towards the outer edge of the grinding disc. When the material encounters hot air entering through the air ring, it rises and enters the classifier. During this process, the material undergoes sufficient heat exchange with the hot air, and moisture is quickly evaporated. The classifier controls particle size of the finished product.
