Manufacturing Capabilities

Our workshops are equipped with advanced manufacturing equipment including large CNC machining centers, welding robots, heat treatment furnaces, and precision testing instruments. These facilities enable us to maintain the highest standards of precision and quality in every component we produce.

We operate a vertical integration strategy, manufacturing most critical components in-house rather than outsourcing. This approach gives us complete control over quality, lead times, and costs, ensuring that every machine meets our exacting standards.

Quality Control

Every piece of equipment undergoes strict quality control at every stage of production, from raw material inspection to final assembly and testing. Our quality management system, certified to ISO9001 standards, covers every aspect of the manufacturing process.

Raw materials are tested for chemical composition, mechanical properties, and dimensional accuracy before being accepted into production. In-process inspections monitor machining accuracy, weld quality, and assembly precision. Final testing includes no-load running tests, vibration analysis, and dimensional verification before packaging and shipment.
